    Heart for Honduras

    The Central American country of Honduras sees, on average, over 880,000 visitors per year. Out of this number, thousands are travelling on a mission trip, and out of those thousands, one is Allie Coogler. During spring break of 2018, Allie, an Alpha Chi Omega junior, chose to travel 1,246 miles away from Tuscaloosa to Valle de Los Angeles, Honduras. Allie travelled with the intention to make an impact on the lives of the Honduran people, and in the end left feeling changed by the very people she went there to serve.     Alpha Chi on the Go: Spring Break

    Welcome to the week of fun in the sun (or snow)! Alpha Chi Omega trekked around the world, reaching places from San Francisco all the way to Rome. Some sisters spent their week in sunny Florida, Mexico, and the Caribbean, while others preferred the colder climate of Colorado, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. We went hiking, skiing, cruising, shopping, and biking; some girls even served on mission trips in Honduras and Cuba.     Spring Break Service

    Spring Break. It’s a prayer, a blessing, and above all, a rallying cry for college students across the country. The week of refuge comes halfway through the spring semester, at a time when students seem to need it most, with exams, essays, and group projects flying in at lightning speed.
